Charles has been developing his innovative brand of gourmet since 1993 and for the past 18 years has assembled talented teams of chefs and service professionals to carry out his imaginative vision for elegant events throughout Connecticut.

A Graduate of Catholic University in Washington DC, with a degree in Communications, Alyson began her career in Rhode Island’s hospitality industry and instantly fell in love with event planning. Her approach is to establish not only a professional relationship, but a personal bond with each client, providing quality event planning advice and carrying out each client’s vision until the completion of the event. It is important to Alyson that each event is unique to a client’s personality and vision for their day. Alyson’s experience, coupled with her creativity and attention to detail allows her to see each event as a opportunity to design the experience of a lifetime.
